RON TAYLOR – VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
Ron Taylor has over 35 years of experience working in the agricultural industry and has spent his career gaining experience in marketing, product management and business development. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Geography/Geomorphology from the University of Windsor in Canada as well as several professional development certificates for programs offered from institutions such as INSEAD Business School in France and Harvard Business School in the United States. In his current role, he is responsible for driving marketing strategies and best practices, strengthening brand architecture and supporting the global Acadian Plant Health™ business team.
DR. BACHAR BLAL – VICE PRESIDENT OF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Bachar Blal completed a Master of Science degree in Ecology as well as a Doctorate in Soil Microbiology and Plant Interactions from the University of Burgundy in France. He has over 25 years of experience in managing and developing new products and on transferring knowledge from the lab to the field. Having worked in Europe, Africa and North America, he has managed several high-level, multidisciplinary innovation programs with both industry and academic partners. At Acadian Plant Health™, he is responsible for overseeing the division’s analytical services, formulation research, fermentation research and commercial science.
